So my questions are this.... Where was the Beaver County sniper (Greg) when Crooks was crawling around on the AGR rooftop with an AR-15 rifle (prior to the shooting)? And if the Beaver County sniper (Greg) had abandoned his post, why did he leave his "over-watch" position?
He left the building in search of the suspect. That picture he took was while crooks Was on the ground, and by the time the officer left the building in search of him, he was climbing on the roof
