The things you mentioned also come in real ones, the plastic inserts etc. There are couple other things to judge real one, you can Google it. Bad video with murmuring and hasty style. You should show it clearly, especially the dial and back.
Better just to save some money and buy genuine watches, witch any of us would enjoy them for life time :-), my girlfriend wanted to buy me a nice replica but i told her that if i will get watches in my life time, it will be genuine so that i could enjoy them for life time.

Found lots of rado ncc 101 on ebay. Even ones priced at 1000 dollars. All had same serial number on back.
In a weird way, I'm kinda glad Rado isn't a popular brand ... The fakes out there are easy to spot. Unlike some Rolex fakes which are too good.

Genuine rado ceramica's do have an abrasive plastic insert on the inside of the strap. However still looks like bad copy dude.
