As per the noun phrase the head word comes last. First determiner that a, an or the Then comes opinion or feelings Third is either shape, size or age Then the comes colour , and the material used, then the head word that is noun.
We can't . Because there is no modifier for the noun in the first sentence. We can write with as like this- As I want to park the car, I am looking for the ground.
We can write noun modifiers in different ways. 1. We visited Hampi, which is an and ruined city. ( Relative clause as post modifier) 2 . We visited Hampi, an old and ruined city . ( Noun phrase in apposition as post modifier) ) 3 We visited the old and ruined city Hampi.
