wow! awesome influx of SC full live sets posted lately! OP, did you record this? What is the audio source? Board rip? or camera's mic? Thanks for the add, here's the setlist with time stamps for the description: 0:00 - Tell The Mermaid 1:58 - Is Chicago, Is Not Chicago 6:00 - White Girl 8:38 - Disseminated > A List Of Demands 12:58 - Soft Serve 16:05 - Idiot Kings 19:58 - 212 23:57 - Blue Eyed Devil 30:22 - Paint (false start) > "The Hard Drive Fucks Up" 31:32 - Paint 34:48 - Collapse 38:05 - Bus To Beelzabub 43:15 - I Miss The Girl 46:55 - Mr. Bitterness 51:20 - Super Bon Bon 57:40 - So Far I Have Not Found The Science 01:00:57 - Moon Sammy 01:05:12 - Down To This
Whoa--nice Black Sabbath bit!! Funny as I always found songs like Moon Sammy and Blue Eyed Devil like early Cake--City of Motors top-- and Cake started doing War Pigs too.
Just saw them in Boston Sept. 29th after them saying "THEY WOULD NEVER GET BACK TOGETHER"....Well, I guess "never" has ended and was i glad it did! They were so damn tight on stage. Closed my eyes for a min and swore I was listening to the albums. I'd like to thank Mike, Sebastian, Yuval, and Mark for getting back together and getting back into our lives again. Also, thank you to recovery, maturity, forgiveness, therapy, and the wonderful healing power of music. So, us fans will be expecting some NEW music from you guys (if any of you read this LOL!)
Thanks for posting this! I discovered this band about two weeks after they called it quits and never got to see them live. I couldn't get tickets to the reunion tour either. Always wanted to see Yuval play drums live... what a stone cold funk machine. Such a unique and underrated band SC were!
I was at this show and I’m blown away someone captured this. Aside from the great performance, it was memorable because my date for the show stood me up and I was crushed, but Soul Coughing made me forget all about it. By the end of the night, it just felt like fate that I could experience this show alone, with no distractions. Thank you Fat Elvis Records (and Soul Coughing)!❤️❤️
This is one of the only two performances uploaded to TH-cam where I can see how Yuval plays Mr. Bitterness. I’ll be practicing it now, but when I get another snare and a stack, bro I’m playing this.
Thanks man this is awesome loved soul coughing back in the 90s and still love them today I've been on a nostalgia trip for the past few weeks been listening to soul coughing on repeat for the past week lol I wished they never would have broken up
I can't get over how much they've modeled themselves after Can, right down to having an upright bass player with hair that length, like when they did "I Want More" on Top Of The Pops.
Thanks for posting this! I was at this show and always remembered it as being completely amazing so it was great to watch it again. I was completely blown away by the opening band, Firewater, and then Soul Coughing put on an amazing show that night.

Most underrated band EVER.
They definitely should've been bigger.
100% agree
I concur.
Flawless transition fro Mr. Bitterness to Super Bon Bon at 51:20. Soul Coughing at it's best!
Another SC video with one dislike. Doughty, we know it's you.
Doughty made 2 extra accounts as of 2/21
wtf. pure energy. Yuval Gabay what a crazy awesome drummer

He's a super tight drummer.
Nothing will EVER be better than this.

Loved these guys. Wished I had seen them live before they imploded.
On tour 2024!

2019
still fresh n' cool
thank you for sharing
Thank you so much for uploading this! I've been looking for soul coughing live video forever. At 47:00 best drum beat ever.
It was at that moment that I fully realized that magnificent ability of Yuval Gabay.
@@crudecube He's amazing. Doughty has a new band called 'Ghost of Vroom' with Madden Klass on drums. She's fantastic as well.
Love this rare band ❤️
Thanks for this! Love all the Soul Coughing being archived lately.
34:58 This is the song I was looking for
It's basically Can.
@@zorantaylor3190 I checked this band not even close man what you talking about drop some links then

@@zorantaylor3190honestly true huge can vibes
This may be the only live footage of I Miss the Girl. Fuckin sick shit here
1:59 Is Chicago, is not Chicago
thank you!
I thank the previously thin Elvis for looking so far ahead.
I know Doughty says it'll never happen but he should really get back with these guys.
And he did 😊
The impossible has happened.
This version of The Incumbent/212 should've made the album! RIPS!
Banda ql buena
la wea bacan demasiado pulenta
@@MundoFarqtex confirmo ctm, una joya
Imagine a reunion tour?!??
I read the book but c'mon
@@entransify is there video?
It's happening this year!
We don't have to imagine anymore......They just finished a tour! I can only hope and pray some NEW music comes from this reunion
1990s had some the best weird bands. Before the internet homogenized everything, and bands could develop in isolation
1:08:34 War Pigs. Man these guys were smoking in their prime
Why is he almost preaching don't do drugs, but if I remember correctly he wrote Is Chicago is NOT Chicago on acid?
He wrote a whole book to answer this
@@entransify so is he high in all of these performances on TH-cam ?
He got addicted then they were no fun anymore
now sneeze
