Hertfordshire Buses - Part 1: Transport for London Services operating cross-boundary.

First in a series of videos about buses in Hertfordshire, this time featuring the red bus routes that are contracted to TfL and which venture into the south of the county from neighbouring London. As funding of bus services continues to be a problem for local authorities, it may well be that a few of these cross-boundary services will not continue in their present form for too much longer. The services featured are: 107, 142, 217, 258, 279, 292, 298, 313, 317 and 491. Where (I hear you ask) is the 84? Well, since 2012 Metroline have operated Route 84 under a London Service Permit (like other commercial bus services that enter the London area) so it's beyond the scope of this particular film, but it will soon appear elsewhere.....
