Hi Karen, Lynn from Australia, first off your products are amasing, such good quality and always turn out just right. Im a home baker, I tried your recipe today for the cookies and it looked great and the moulds I have worked great, I was just having a play around with them, the dough came out as you said, thought mine wasn't crumbly, I put the molds in the fridge then in a 140 deg over (is it the same for Australia, we are in Celsius over here), anyway 10 mins in they have all spread into big flat circles in the oven, im sure they will taste great but just not my mould shapes, what am I doing wrong, please help as I think this is a fantastic idea for birthdays
