Ye smd base capacitor hote he, capacitor me positive negative nahi hota, ise kaise bhi lagaa sakte he, lekin section or supply pe positive negative depend Karta he
my hyundai hy 22A50 21.5" 1920 x 1080 is like this, it usually shows hyundai logo if you turn it on, now its just flickering, like its trying to start but it cant... weeks ago it will do this like 2 - 3 mins then it will open, now its just flicker for 30 mins and nothing happens. i tried to do what you did, but the power supply board is so tiny, its 2 1/2 inches height x 4 inches width. i just put it back together when i saw it. i can also hear a whirring sound coming from the monitor when i turn it on, it's so sad... i wish i can find someone here like you to fix it.
