Basel airport is one of the worst airports in Europe, which is some achievement, given how bad most of them are.
As you enter the complex there’s no indication as to where you should go and the staff aren’t particularly helpful.
As for security, they appear to be a law onto themselves. If you are traveling with hand luggage only, don’t bother to buy any chocolate or mustard to take home. The stroppy cow we had to deal with decided to define them as `liquids’ and promptly grabbed the lot, no doubt to stuff into her own fat face when no one was around to see! (She backed away from the stinky cheese I had bought, even though it was a lot runnier than any of the chocolate we had with us. That apparently didn’t constitute being a liquid).
In keeping with all airports `Duty Free’ is a nonsense, when the prices are twice, sometimes three times that of the high street. It’s a racket that should have been stamped on years ago but yet it still persists.

So under which country's law this airport comes ?

Both France and Switzerland apparently, as there is a French side and a Swiss side. However, you can easily walk between the two seamlessly ever since Switzerland joined the Schengen agreement in 2008.

This one is a tri-national airport that serves Mulhouse in France, Basel in Switzerland and Freiburg in Germany. But it actually sits in France. When you arrive on an international flight (flights between EU countries are considered domestic flights) you have to choose whether you want to exit through the French/EU or the Swiss customs. If going to Germany select the French/EU one. The airport is connected to Switzerland via a road that crosses the 3kms (less than 2 miles) of French territory between the airport and the actual Swiss border and it only connects to the Swiss road network. Germany is about 10 kms away from the airport across the Rhine River.

Geographically, yes, but it is classed as both a French and a Swiss airport, with a French side and a Swiss side. The roads for each side are totally separate, but you can seamlessly walk between the two sides in the terminal, as Switzerland joined Schengen in 2008.
