I just got turned on to Zentangle, and I'm hooked. I started following Keli Bloin, and she recommended your videos. I immediately added you to my play list. You are awsome!
Welcome to Zentangle and thank you very much! 🥰 I was immediately addicted to Zentangle and love sharing my imperfect work. I met Kelli at our CZT seminar and I love her videos. ❤️ Let me know if you have any questions!
I find that watching and listening to the entire video before I start to be helpful. Also stopping and rewinding the videos helps me to get back on track when I feel lost or overwhelmed. Finally I can tell you that over time as I created more tiles, I started to feel more relaxed and less overwhelmed each time I start a new tile.
I’m glad that the videos help you to relax. I do the same thing when I watch videos. I watch it first and then will watch it again to do the actual tangling. Thank you for watching my videos. 😊❤️
Truthful Kindness here, with growing dementia symptoms . Thanks so much for including name of pattern in title. Makes so much easier to search. Thanks also for using words of explanation as you go. So many folks nowadays have music background, and i appreciate the guidance.
When I first started my channel, I tried music but found that it was too distracting. I try to remember the little things that help and I really appreciate your comments. Thank you for watching my channel. 🥰❤️
I just came across this video. I don't know how I overlooked it, back then. I love Flux. Nice, easy and relaxing, thank you, Barbara! :)
I love that you try to get the message across that none of us are perfect and mistakes happen and that it's ok. You rock. :)
Thank you so much, Nancy. I’m a recovering perfectionist and I have to remind myself too! 😁 I really appreciate your comments. 🥰❤️
I love Flux it is my favorite, this looks awesome, thanks for sharing, Barbara.
I really enjoy watching you. I’m so glad I found your channel you have a lovely calm way of teaching ❤
I have a question for you but it's not about this lesson. I am feeling overwhelmed and disorganized. If you had to choose a good video of yours to start with which video would you choose? Would you say starting with the original 102 tangles part 1 video would be good? I can always go back and watch the other videos when I feel more comfortable. I have adult ADHD and it sometimes causes me to get overwhelmed. I need structure to keep me from losing track. 😁
I suggest starting with the Easy Classic Zentangle Tiles playlist: th-cam.com/play/PL_XTb5PfRrnLBfAlZUpU4SoKbvQZcTLkz.html
The video for today is a great start. It is an example of something easy and relaxing. All the videos in that playlist are easy to follow and some of them include the 102 Tangles.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. You can also send an email notperfectzen@gmail.com
@@notperfectzen I never thought to look for a playlist. 😁 I'm ditzy sometimes. I blame all the medications I am on. 😂 Today's lesson is actually the only tangles that I know so far but I learned some more details. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer me. You are such a lovely teacher. I can't wait to get started. I am trying to get my son to try it, too. He needs a lot of zen. Thank you again! ✌🏻😻✏️🖼️🖊️🇺🇸
@@Joy-TheLazyCatLady2 You’re welcome and I’m very happy that you’re learning Zentangle. 🥰❤️
I appreciate how you decribe the process of the tangle you are demonstrating. Thank you for your calm style of teaching.
You are so welcome! 🥰 I appreciate your comments. ❤️
