I don't have internet aside from my phone. I upgraded my package and my router board firmware to 7.1.3.
Once I did, the LTE firmware said there is a newer version available and it won't connect to the network.
How can I upgrade this LTE firmware?

Is there any possibility of increasing the disk space on the Mikrotik RB? like by attaching a USB?

routeros 7.1 did not install via file manager. How can i do this ? And also my settings need to be saved

Make sure to take a configuration backup before trying to upgrade to 7.1 there are no guarantees that if you upgrade that you will not lose any configurations. You also may have uploaded the incorrect architecture for 7.1, you could install this via the package manager by going to System > Packages > Check for Updates and selecting the Upgrade or Testing channel as 7.1 are available on both of those channels. Again do this at your own risk with caution and care.
