these tips were so simple and easy to change about my stroke. I said no way. i tried it out, and i was amazed.! im finally pocketing all the balls ive said "i shuda made that".i thank u so much. i feel i have finally made it through the wall. and now the only thing holding me back will be my creativity on the table. which will be my next objective. thank you so much again!
Keeping the bridge hand solid on the table and thumb pressed hard ..big improvement in consistency and straight shot thank you for fortifying my mind set.
Good little video. Another useful trick to being "STILL" is something Mad Max Eberle mentioned. If we remind ourselves to, "NOT move our head FORWARD" it's beneficial to keeping the body still. With this simple reminder, the body tends to follow suit and doesn't move.
bro hope this is not offensive but funk, YES THATS EXACTLY MY ISSUE AND I BEEN WORKING ON IT FOR EVER, in a nut shell perfect explanation. Off TO THE PUB!!
Its pretty common knowing the positves of a carbon fiber shaft, what are the advantages and positves to sticking with real wood? Notice great players not making the change, Earl the pearl, Efren etc...
I saw a video not long ago where Earl talks about shaft deflection and how everyone needs it in some form or fashion. I tried a carbon fiber and had a tough go of it. In the end I went back to using a wood shaft (Predator 314) and never looked back.
@@hankbell2378 I recently defeated Earl Strickland in the annual Menora challenge. I used a cue made out of wax extracted from the soapy bars mined from 1940's Germany. While it plasticly deformed on my power shots, it held up well enough to defeat the white supremacist in the end.
I recently purchased a tripod for my phone so I could record me playing pool more easily, so that I can study my stroke better. I think it'll help me determine how much movement I allow along with other potential issues with my stroke and stance.
You still listen to radio? 😁 It's strange, when I'm shooting my best, my stance looks really contorted and unstable.... feet close, butt way out, body twisted, it just works for my frame. Yeah, someone could move me if they pushed me, but how often does that happen in pool?
The point of someone giving you a nudge is to examine how strong and stable your stance is. The more stable, the less chance of moving during a shot and improving the chance of making the ball!
@@briankdaniels yeah it totally makes sense in general, just in my case I have to move my body pretty far out of the way to have a perfectly straight stroke line.

I enjoy the birds giving their advice along with you!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 those birds got the 7 ball!
It's almost as though they tweeted their advice to the Internet
Very simple, practical and useful, thank you

This guy is a genius
Good tip keep them coming!
Great content! Keep it coming!
Very good advise
Nice, this is one i need, thanks sir
You didn’t mention staying down after the shot. which helps I think. Great videos 👍🎱🎱
If you dont move your body during shots (just like he said), you'll be more likely to stay down after the shot. I've recorded myself and it holds true
Great reminder!
Excellent tip. 🎱👍

Earl recently did switch

@@tt-tk9076 it's obvious you don't know what you are talking about

Off topic, but what are your thoughts about pocket reducers? I never see any instructors use or recommend them in their videos.
I’ve used them. They just don’t play the same.
What cue and tip do you use?

Thank you I didn't realizing I was doing it
I want that
Stick

I do!
It’s best to find a consistent stance. But learn from what’s working

Nice video ❤
Hi what type of cue is that you are using
Thus is a Cuetec Avid with a Cuetec Synergy shaft.
Yup good stuff thanks
Don't see the birds, wonder if they are in da skies
They’re in my dining room lol
it is now making sense.
Control the body. Amen.
Great advice as usual. You look like you’ve lost a few pounds. Sexy beast. Let’s go!! Have a great day.
I have! Thank you!
Are you totally against the idea of putting out a video ever 3 days
Those damn birds
I hate them. I really do.
