My 3 year old was just diagnosed with Celiac so I really appreciate you sharing your journey. We are definitely still in the beginning stages of navigating everything and it has been so helpful to hear you share about things you go through. ❤❤
Have you tried adding meal prep to your Sunday daily reset routine? If you haven’t you should. Eating out/ordering takeout consistently isn’t the best because these places say they are careful with gluten but in reality there not. Meal prepping for the week not only can save you time but also you’ll be in full control of what you eat and how much you eat.
I’m (cows) dairy, gluten, and egg free. It’s not super hard but learning how to cook will change your life. Restaurants def aren’t careful enough especially with celiac. I think you’d notice a huge difference if you ate out less and cooked at home more/prioritized animal protein. Good luck!
I’m not celiac, but am allergic to gluten and sensitive to dairy. I met with a dietician for a year to learn how to eat with these restrictions and she was ALLLLLL about the protein! I was shocked I needed so much. Big help: I keep individual vegan protein shakes in my fridge at all times and have one/day for an additional 20g of protein. Easy.
Can you please share your journey of obtaining your LLC? I’m wondering about the process. Also, any tips on credit cards points which you find are the best cards. I meal prep my veggies, fruit, and hard boil some eggs on Sunday and then cook my protein the day of my meal. I don’t like reheated chicken or seafood.
Happy New Year to you!!!🎉 For your computer, I think you need a keyboard because you are going to develop shoulders pain. With your laptop high to keep you straight and a keyboard on the table, it'll be perfect!!! 😘
Along with the keyboard, perhaps a monitor and an ergonomic chair. Your office probably has an ergonomics expert or access to how to best set up your home desk space Back and neck pain, as you suggested, is something to pay attention to🙂
As far as the desk situation the height of the desk you have is fine maybe switch between standing for a while while you work? Hope you had a good holiday! And happy new year!
Hi Lucia 🙂 You always make motivational vlogs. Corporate America vloggers seem to make the most interesting vlogs; YOU, Keegan Acton, Charlotte Pratt, Izzy Bisges. Your p-j's are lovely.
Chicken breast is so easy to bake and airfry, if I can do it (I absolutely hate cooking) anyone can! Strength training is pointless if you aren’t hitting your protein - and strength training (heavy weights) is crucial for longevity! I recommend listening to Dr. Stacy Sims on any of the podcasts she’s been on (most recently Diary of a CEO)!
Protein is critical. Add lots of animal products, especially beef, lamb, shrimp, salmon, tuna including all the fat. I don't eat any soy, it's nasty. For your posture, add in heavy weight lifting
What are you looking forward to in 2025!!
Better health! Your content helps me reconsider my attitude toward exercise
My nephew was born
The summer. This cold right now is hitting these arthritic bones something terrible 😂
You had a very productive weekend 🎉 taking the first steps to hitting your goals.
Meeting with a dietitian is probably going to be a game changer 😉

I order from springbone which is an 100% gluten free restaurant & kitchen!!
Good advice
Happy new year. Hope your first week of the year is going well so far. We are at the midway point yay.
Tofu is my favourite. I marinade it and bake in the oven. I throw it in salads, eat with rice or noodles and snack on it. Yum.
Ooo yummm
I’m plant based, what do you marinade the tofu with. I also try not to use too much ingredients with sugar. Thank you.
Yayyy another day for another vlog 😅😇❤

Have you tried turning your stool around and straddle it. The back will be in front to lean on and your knees will have more room

Haha yes!!
Any chance those scent beads that you use in your laundry are a gluten trigger?
