You can see other wipers remove & refit videos of other cars in my channel for your clarification. As all cars have J type hook so the procedure is same.
Have you measured the size with a tape. Get the measured size and order accordingly. Less size by a few mm will not have any issues but don't buy anything above the size.

24 inches for the driver side and 16 inches for the passenger side.

Thanks for your query. Normally it depends how dirty it is. Twice a week is ok for me . The less the water the better it is for your car.
