10 yrs ago I felt a small pain in my right knee. I’ve never had an issue with any pain in my joints like this. I had a DVD on Thai Chi and found a morning wake up routine that was 20 minutes long. I decided that I would attempt this slowly and carefully when focusing on a small stretch routine. After a month of incorporating this routine twice a week I noticed that the pain in my right knee was almost non-existent. Needless to say, I found other surprising benefits with this little routine for stretching gave me more alignment with my body. And I found I had better balance as well. I am very grateful for tai chi.

This is in direct conflict to who she was and what she advocated for. The advice is good, use your own talent and hard work to promote it and stop the grift.
This is great advise, I took out my note pad and made notes as I will intentionally implement these 5 habits in my life. However being a huge fan of Louise Hayes, I am a bit disgruntled has she is no longer here? God rest her soul and you are taking advantage of her life and legacy without her permission. I believe if she was here she would give you some insight as to how to gain your success and not build it on a lie. Your foundation is built on a lie which in essence stealing. However the advice and 5 habits mentioned here are extremely useful and the way each point has been explained it does seem like it’s Louise hay speaking from her personal experience but I still wonder as she was not here in this modern work during her time so talk g about Instagram and binge wantvhing was slightly questionable for me … nevertheless have made note of all these habits and will apply them ! Even with my special schedules at work as nurse, on dayshift or eveningshifts, longshifts of 13.5 hours straight with 1 hour break, I still like to try and apply the same method in a relative period of time considering that this may take longer for me, but the result would be just as good?To think of it is energizing.
