So many good moments in this last episode of the 24 season. The way “TRN” threw MK count, the transition to the 16 with the captain to ace, Jade throwing heat, let’s be sure to focus on retention with these young women ASU. Dr. O you a grown man and you make the decision at the end of the day. Keep this group add a few and have a good season. Find a person to lead these young women and stick with that and that only women will be women. You keep firing people over catty he say she say stuff they are grown women. If they are upholding the program on and off campus and have good grades, mistakes will happen. Focus on recruiting with the band cause they sounded amazing this season these things I know you’re doing already just adding my two cents. Add another band director I like the direction though it’s sounding fresh but building on a cemented dark high brass balanced but powerful sound. With God I know a good season on the way.
