monjatakkyu, Are you referring to the fans or the then young TT phenom, Fan Zhendong? As usual, Fan was in a competitive nature when competing but a humble winner. I am sure most viewers found Fan Zhendong to be an athlete with good sportsmanship even after he lost. As for the Chinese fans, they are rude but so are the Japanese or Korean fans. Thailand, Malaysia, or Indonesia are normal but not the fans from E. Asia. Many individuals cannot understand sports competition is supposed to be promoting friendly exchange between 2/muliple parties. I admit that I do have favoritism toward players/teams but will also appreciate the players or teams on the opposite sides.
