- In this video I talk with a coin shop owner about his coin collecting and silver stacking journey. Harry shares his story and biggest silver stacking regrets. I have been going to Harry's Coin Shop for several years now, but have never heard the whole story from the man behind it all. If you are buying silver from a local coin shop I encourage you to get to know the coin shop owner. Many bullion dealers and silver dealers have similar stories to our own. Lots of the started out as coin collectors or silver stackers. Get to know them. I went to a coin shop that is close to my work.. I stop by to have them check my coins. The new owner is a really cool guy... he will send my coins out to get graded at cost. No mark up what NGC charges him he will charge me.

Harry's shop is a big part of my exit plan when I start to sell off in retirement. It won't be for probably at least five more years. So I'm really hoping to meet Harry but I would imagine Harry will be retired from day to day business by then.
If I wasn't 2,000 miles away I would be in Harry's at least once a week. What a nice story and interview. Harry and Adrian are what America was built on. Kindness, compassion and a love for their calling. Congratulations on God making your dream shop come true Harry. Nice job SD!

There are coin shops in your area I’m sure.
Most coin dealers are just as kind and honest they just don’t have cameras following them around giving them widespread exposure
I wish I would have known about silver while I was still in high school. Making it a point to educate my sons for their future.

I am visiting my Daughter in Portland and had to stop by Harry’s coins because of these Silver Dragons videos. They are the real deal. As nice and humble as the day is long. I picked up some pretty cool stuff, France, Australia, Belgium, and a few ancients. They are approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Everything you could want in your LCS. I plan to save a dit for my next visit as I found the prices to be very competitive. If you are in the Portland area and a coin nerd I promise you will not be disappointed. 10/10 will be back.

I’m 27 right now, I started learning financial literacy and now I’m trying to get out of debt. Then I started looking into silver and gold channels and made my mindset change, I cut back all the bs spending, I pay my bills and whatever’s left I save 1/2 in cash the rest have turned into gold and silver. Don’t listen to him any crypto besides Bitcoin is a waste of money and even that is risky in my opinion I’d never buy crypto. Good for you for bettering yourself.
@ghostfloxks7414 buying ONLY gold and silver is bad advice... how's that worked out over the past 5 years compared to cryptos? Diversifying is smart. Cryptos gonna run high when the dollar fails.

I had no idea Harry's coin shop has only been open since 2016. The enormous wealth of knowledge Harry has is astonishing, and his approach to business seems so kind and unique. I visited a half dozen places that said they sold coins near me and found no one like Harry's. Now I know why, because there is no one like Harry. By far Silver Dragons your videos with the gang at Harry's Coin Shop are my favorite coin and bullion content on TH-cam.

Harry came a long way with his coin shop in only a few years. Unusually to go into a small business and all the workers are extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and go out of thier way to explain things.

I just turned 64 in early March 2024 and had never really taken an interest in precious metals. Then my 24 year old son showed me a 5 oz Sunshine Mint bar he had purchased online and something just clicked in my head. Less than two months later and I have a nice little collection going and I'm really enjoying it. My newly awakened avarice is not matched by my pocketbook however since I'm retired and I am by no means financially secure. But I'm enjoying it as much as I can. BTW my collection includes that 5 oz bar because I purchased it from him. :)

Very inspiring to hear Harry just goes to show you never give up.
I will be 37 this year, Sometimes I feel I wish I could have done a lot of things eariler, Silver Stacking is one of them. However listening Harry and you Silver Dragons motivates myself even more to go and get it. I just started my Silver Stacking journey today by buying my first Silver Buffalo 1 oz round. Also when I dug around my room I also found out a I have a 1oz Silver Round of Baby Yoda (Grogu) from The Mandalorian I got as a Christmas Present 2 years ago.
If Harry sees this I want to say he is a huge insperation of showing Age means nothing, and it is never to late to start your investments or dreams you ever want to have. As well both of you educated myself on the Silver Stacking journey and I know what I want with it. Protect my wealth and not worry for the Government support.
