Really effective stroke! I paddled for quite a few years before I started using the cross draw a lot. Watch C-1 races…They all paddle offside almost as much as on.

initiate with a sweep first, more effective. crossbow sideslip is also a great related maneuver.

that's a Kettlewell, an old timer who retired a number of years ago. he trained someone else who took over and carries on his unique paddles so if you google him, you will find that guy.
