My pet peeve in the Sims is the curtains cutting into furniture but that's literally the only thing i didn't absolutely love in this build. The orange house is my favourite, i love colourful interiors
Speaking of dated styles, I've been building the Brady Bunch house. I never realize how yellow everything was until I started building it. Sooooo much yellow. (And the struggle to put the actual floorplan into something that looks like the exterior that was shown in the show is a massive challenge I was not prepared for.)
Have you ever make a lot like an “earth ship”? They’re self contained homes designed to be self sustainable and are made of cob and recycled materials. After eco lifestyle there are many options for off the grid ideas :D
How do you move the clutter? I’ve tried moving the table/counter and moving the clutter separately and it ends up in the wall. Like I can’t freely move it, even pressing ALT
Couple of questions? What do you believe the cost would be? Are you a General Contractor as well as designer? I have a R-2 lot in California that this build would be perfect for:)

Since you're enjoying the idea of creating more dated builds, what if you did something like your states or zodiac series, but with decades/time periods? You could research what sort of build conventions, decorations, landscaping, etc. would be accurate to a particular build year!
It's so cute, but I had to watch the vid without sound. I pretended a young mom with her son in the bigger house and the brother or the parents of that woman in the other house. I'd like to live that close to my brother but not to mom, I need privacy 😂
I do feel that the begging of 2023 March was not my best I had to put my dog down he was in multi organ failure caused by a ruptured brain aneurysm so I made the hardest choice of my life and I let him go to doggy heaven
