The Part 2, felt more like a dating show after the 1st episode. Probably because they got a lot of advice from Part 1 members, and also the production team now knows what to do to actually avoid dead air from the start.
If there is one more episode for Part 1, Ruto might ask the girls who said his ramen's bland behind him why they lied to him. hahahaha

that’s okay guys. it is a dating show anyway. Jae can handle it since he is already grown up. a good lesson to learn for them. because look at part 2, the boys are aggressive in talking to the girlsss big difference from part 1.
and I am not really watching any dating shows unless treasure is in it, but I read in a comment that maybe she was asked by the producer to do that to add drama in the show. when you look at the preview when this show started, this was one of the highlighted scenes.
also i bet that the producers told her to do it for the drama, we are talking about the same yg that eliminated almost half of the treasure members just to debut them all together in the end and also announced that babymonster would be just 5 girls explained the motives for like ten minutes and then said it was all 7 so....
idk i'm watching koreans "dating" shows since WGM this is kinda classic i just kinda feel bad for the girlie bc seems chill and gonna get hate

Whether it was scripted or not, using Jaehyuk to make a Drama was not a good idea. Her actions overshadowed his charms.
I think shyness is one of Jaehyuk’s attractive features. He seemed to try His best as a super shy person despite having struggled throughout the show.

I think Yewon like Jaehyuk but all her advances weren’t reciprocated as much as she would like. On the final days she did connect more with Asahi. I think her approaching Jaehyuk during the final ceremony before the swerve is to hint she’s still interested but he needs to up his game. She could also feel comfortable enough with him to do the tease. In addition, Hyun-seo’s parting words to all the boys is just the sweetest.
“She’s still interested but she needs to up his game” girl.. the shows over. 💀There is no more upping his game now. Also its obvious her interest was gone the past 2 days but that was just unnecessary still. Also jaehyuk for sure wasnt comfortable going by his words on this episode.

I think if I was there I will vibe with jaehyuk the most because he is different he is quite shy and introverted person and also hard on himself and I’m also very shy and introverted towards strangers so t think it will nice to talk with him and also when they didn’t choose park I was sad like why wouldn’t you want that date but also everyone have different personalities so I understand……
But seriously yewon I was expecting her to give to jaehyuk girl that was not ok to do such thing he must have felt sad it’s ok jae you are amazing and he just have different personality and way of interacting every introvert have their own way of interacting to people and I can definitely see that between all of them even many of them are introverts you can’t expect to be friendly and close with people on one day it definitely takes time…..

Just seeing the title, I knew you are gonna be just as frustrated with the action like we were. Like I always say to all those people who doesn't see what's wrong with that, scripted or not, breaking someone is not a good sight to see. Unless this series is gonna be deleted, this embarassment will stay, forever. The anger of the fans was not about him not getting jewel but the blatant humiliation he got. Millions of people watched this live and millions more in the future. The confidence he built this past 3 years probably broke and went back YGTB down on those days after that and took him awhile more to grasp the pieces again.

I can see why jaehyuk didn’t get a jewel, he definitely stumbled more than the other guys. He seemed a bit more inconsistent in communicating with the girls but that move felt unnecessary. Planned or not. Although i think fans have been for the most part mature about it and not rush to send hate to the girl because we dont know, but also we can still express how not fond of that we felt.

The swerve was messed up indeed as i felt the secondhand embarassment 🥲 But it could be that it was scripted. I dont think the producers would allow anything to happen without any pre-agreement. They knew how the whole fanbase would react to that. Cant wait for your reaction to Part 2!

Yewon's decision making frustrated me more than anything else aside from swerving Jae. You mean to tell me that the whole 10 mins talk meant more to her than anything else that happened in the last 4 days?
