Oh I’m so glad it isn’t just me! I have looked at so many unboxings and reviews of the Lantern oracle…it just isn’t for me. As beautiful as it is, the art linked with the titles…and some of the text…doesn’t make sense to me 🤷🏼‍♀️. You’ve done so well with how many decks you have that really speak to you - I need to do a declutter myself!! 😅
By the way, I love that you say ‘This is such a good deck FOR ME’. As someone watching, it is easy to forget that what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another…and FOMO is real! Thank you for those additional two words 👍

I also don't really like the Roots and Wings Oracle, and I always feel like an outcast for it lol. The art is so pretty, but I just don't feel anything when I use it. I keep it around, hoping that will change.

I aagree with you, some oracles are so... sincere they bring out the cynic in me. There's an art to creating keywords and short passages for oracle decks that aren't too saccharine...

Great series, thank you! At last, someone else who isn't ga-ga for the Lantern Oracle. Yes, the artwork is gorgeous. But the keywords (in my humble opinion) do not 'jive' with the image. For me that is a huge thing. I just can't get a deck where the images were randomly assigned keywords. Ghost Busters.... I love the movie. The deck, hmmm. Would love to see the review.

I think you’ll enjoy Spirit of the Animals Oracle a whole lot more if you trim it. Also, with the Lantern Oracle OwlMoon513 featured it in a shadow work video. In it she said go with what resonates more words or imagery. You are a wordsmith so, I can see how unsatisfying or limiting someone else’s words can be.
