But the climate change moves the rain fall towards north, and cause more flooding issues than before. However, Drought still many problem for most days in a year.

I experienced this when I was around 5 with my brothers 3 and 2,it's scary, I was lifted from from 1 arm to another and we took shelter at a high school building.
In my area flood is not a problem. Since it's close to the ocean therefore there are lots of rivers flowing across my city. However tsunami is something that is concerning here. I guess wherever you go natural disasters always haunt you
