Horrible driving...Try GP Bikes...It's an amazing simulator and it's only €20...
After experiencing the demo on xbox, the frame rate is horrible & the control is impossible. With car games it's easy to get into a rhythm and nail laps one after the other, but with MotoGP every corner is a battle, every lap. It's just tiring and frustrating. To be honest, I have more feeling riding bikes on Grand Theft Auto 4 than on this.
Alan, first Thank you for your work on all of these videos. I do have one question, I am in the US and have been to multiple Gamestops and other stores and they have no record of even getting the game. We didn't even get the demo here on the 360 or PS3. Anyway, MotoGP's website sent me an email saying I could purchase there but that has been the only place I have seen it. HAve you heard of anything about the US not getting the game in stores? Thanks again for all of your work, It's appreciated.
Nice vid...............but do try onboard ;) Watch how the bike reacts in corners and you will get a good feeling driving with the onboard cam. Also adjust setup so the bike will turn quicker, helps a lot. Wonder what you think of the Vita version, I returned my copy as I really did not like it. And yes very sad about Le Mans, watched the 24hr live and did not expect him to die as the crash did not look so bad :( RIP A. Simonsen
The game isn't a bad effort but,
the AI is horrible!!
I was following two bikes down the straight and instead of one slipping the other, It just casually rode up behind and bumped into the back of the other AI all the way down the straight
Also racing on the hardest AI setting and easily making to podiums. More reward factor, but I think they went a bit TOO easy this time.
(SBK X on PS3 was nightmare hard for me)
Controls are feeling nice,but feel like the bike could be a little more flickable
I'm loving the game. All I've played is about half of the first moto 3 season in the career mode. I'm also really getting into the helmet cam, I'm finding it very immersive. Might be good to see a video of you playing with the helmet cam.
I've found I've needed to rearrange the controls to suit me. For instance I've moved the back break to the down on the right stick, this way it more progressive and not just an on off switch like when its mapped to a button.
I'm sad that there isn't a PS3 release for now in the US. Have to play on my PC but as usual Milestone seems to have optimize the graphics really well on PC. I can run with everything on except for AA at 2X and it runs smoothly on a low-end gaming laptop
It's only now that I can fully appreciate how good a rider you are Alan. Just finished playing the demo, I was absolutely terrible. I've been playing motor racing games for years but bikes are a completely different story!!!
Thank you for the information Alan. Because I'm a big dummy and really want the game, I ordered the UK version before researching that the games have different region codes! So anyone that reads this and wants a deal on a .UK version of the game inbox me. Hope you are enjoying the game Alan.
I personally prefer this handling system to previous motogp games. And i do agree the graphics are a step up, as is the AI when not getting knocked off. I find if you edit all the bike setup the bike is on rails, and is a dream to play then it will handle like a dream.
i played the demo, and i really liked the physics of the bike, very natural and "feed-back-giving". but the shading looks horrible, and rain effects are awful. thats what they need to improve for the next game!
I'm so disappointed with this game for so many reasons. Was really looking forward to it, but its not as good as Milestone's last two World Superbike games. A step backwards for them in my opinion
why is the single game modes on xbox all laggy/freezing etc.understandable if i was online but im not.just playing single player championship.can anyone help please ?????
Yes, but I do fine with an Xbox 360 controller for PC.

which do you prefer Xbox or Ps3 version? Also, if Xbox, is the game region free? I see on Amazon that PS3 version is region free. Thanks!
I like the fact a hardcore driving simulator like you can appreciate half-sim game like this and WRC 3. That's rare though.

Callum Boyfield i am agree with you that the bike should be little more lenient but i also think that it should be riders who should lean more than bike coz this season if you saw they were actually above 60 degree leaning angle so many times.

Hopefully they fix this issue. Maybe when they bring out the free DLC they'll bring out a patch as well.
If you want to see the frame rate issue at its best, try the Indy track its terrible.
The game is to laggy and it freezes sometimes, and how do you upload the 2012 dlc?
They put the helmet cam in, but no rain hits the visor. Such a shame.
Can't wait for ur career mode. I Hv learned a lot watching ur videos.
I really like the Bugatti Circuit its a shame its not on more games
