Coming from a Greek girl ( born in Greece but living in Canada) , you are 100% correct, in Greece the more natural look the better. Btw you can definitely pass as Greek. You have that Mediterranean greek goddess look. I really thought you were when I started following you on social media 😘🇬🇷 !

I live in Greece and this makeup is so representative. Most of the year, specially at summertime, we choose natural makeup.
The greek side is very accurate!! Definitely as you said, younger people tend to wear the "instagram makeup" but for the average person that has a job you were spot on with the makeup! Also, eyeliner, winged or not, is a big thing here💕

Oh well I'm greek and definitely prefer the American side but for certain occasions. The greek side you created is more of my everyday makeup routine and specifically for summer. Skincare routine is for sure our priority. Huge supporter of you . Many kisses from Greece ❤❤

Ever since I started regaining younger looking skin (i'm 26 and people mistake me for being 19-20) through drinking water and a good skincare routine and use sunscreen routinely I started wearing lesser and lesser makeup these days and completely stopped wearing foundation! 😅 drink up water and use sunscreen girls!!!
Do you put sunscreen on even if your not going out or not in the sun? Or you put it on EVERYDAY even if your inside the whole day?
@@Sabrina-bg3lo mmm recently i started using a moisturizer with spf included so yeah, i wear it even if i'm inside the whole day. I mean its a bit inconvenient if you're only going to go out for a bit in the daylight then go back inside. But if i'm gonna be out all day I put additional 35 spf sunscreen.
@@Sabrina-bg3lo oh and also i use a different moisturizer at night. Since im acne prone skin, i use acne prone skin moisturizer for my night routine

My great grandparents were from Italy and my great grand parents were from France on my dads side and I have some ancestors from England.

Yes!!! The women in my family are all about natural looking makeup, of course the occasional heavier makeup for special events but it’s all about natural skin, embracing the glow from our oily skin, embracing natural brows, lashes, etc

Hi Christen! I am greek and i really enjoyed your tutorial/version of greek makeup. We do like more natural makeup and most of the time we add TONS of mascara lol and a red lipstick if we want more drama maybe with a smokey eye.

Im Greek and I like to only use primer and Chapstick because if you wear anything else in Greece you get so sweaty that it just comes off but you can wear like nice make up at night
