  • People often ask Christine how does she remain trim in spite of all the food she eats, especially when traveling. Regular workouts are the answer. She shows you a typical workout session she has with her personal trainer, Jarrod Marrs. Their sessions consist of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which she aims to do about twice a week. Christine also incorporates vinyasa flow yoga into her weekly routine, helping her stretch, flex, and focus while breaking a sweat.
