    72세 여성인데 원장님이 하라고 한 대로 하는데 잘 되네요 끝까지 듣고 있습니다 신발은 내 발에 편한 것 나이를 먹고 나니까 옷도 신발도 내 몸에 편한 것 제일 좋은 것 같아요 원장님 글 죠

    맨발걷기 두달정도됐는데

    🟥정리해보면✔
    1) 일어나서 스트레칭 (아킬레스건까지 자극되게끔 계단 or 장애물을 두고 위아래로 왔다갓다 하는방식)
    2) 일주 150분 중간정도의 유산소운동
    3) 5일 운동하는 사람은 하루 30분씩 걷기!
    4) 걷기만하지말고 근력운동도 꾸준히! (서서 까치발들기, 벽에 기대앉고 버티기!)
    그 외 생활습관도 큰 도움이 됬네요 [쿠션운동화 대표적인건 스케쳐스 or 뉴발란스 480, 깔창은 감압되는 것으로, 대표적인건 마스터풋 ]

    저는 요즘에 고무장갑목을 짤라 틈틈이 하는데 많이 좋아졌습니다.무지외반증이 심해서 통증이 심했는데 수술을 권하드라구요.밴드를 하니까 돈도 안들구 좋아요.

    뒤끔치가 자고나면 아프고 엄지 발가락이 굳은살이 한달에 두번정도 깍아내야도고 발바닥에굳은살이 안깍으며 너무아파요

    걷는 것 조차 하기 싫어하는 미련 곰탱이 같은 현대인들에게 하도 답답해서 걷기라도 하라는 것이지, 걷기는 사실, 육상 동물인 호모 사피엔스의 최소한의 움직임 인 것이다. 수렵 채취를, 농사를 지을 필요가 없는, 교통 수단이 발달하고, 운송 수단이 널려있는 도시 생활에 걸을 이유가 점점 없어지고 있으니, 제발 좀 걷기라도 해라 이지, 걷는 것 자체가 운동이 많이 되는 건 아님. 그래서, 더더욱 걸어야 하는 이유가 역설적이게도 필요한 현실...한 마디로, 블랙 코미디, 웃픈 현실.ㅠㅠ
