Expanding New York Restoration Project's Living Shoreline

New York Restoration Project (NYRP) aims to restore Sherman Creek Park's inlet, a severely degraded tidal mudflat in Northern Manhattan.
In partnership with NYC Parks, NYRP's nature-based design intends to protect the park from sea level rise and wave action, provide habitat for wildlife, and enhance the community's access to the waterfront.
