For using UPI all we need is less than 250mb per month & everybody are paying for unlimited calls & unwanted internet data surplus. Tarrifs are lower in the world because they pay in dollars and euros. We pay in Ruppes. It doesn't mean that we are giving lesser. We even have more number of users. Its just pure monopoly.

If you switch 4g to 5g.
It is costlier.
You have to have plan with atleast 2gb/day but earlier it is only 1.5gb/day.
Earlier it was cost only 239 and after this tariff it will cost atleast 349. So technically the hike for 5g users is 46% which is surprisingly high.

This is the minimum wage in any sector there. So, if we need to make a comparison, it should be based on the ratio of charges according to the GDP per capita of a country, not based on the fact that a person in another country spends a certain amount, so we should also charge the same amount. This is not correct. We should look at the ratio of spend according to their salary in other countries if we need to consider it at all.
