Between Kirsten Storms and Julie Berman, those other actresses nominated had NO chance. They dominated that category, and would have been happy seeing either of them win. Both deserve it.
Aaaaaw, I'm really glad she won :) and gave a shout out to Kirsten Storms, who, tbh, was totally my pick for the Emmy. She ROCKED those scenes after Georgie's death.

i like Julie and thought she should've won in 2007 for when she got the abortion and when Laura returned the first time.....Kristen Storms was heartbreaking as Maxie was grieving her sister Georgie's death and she should've won

She was great this pasted year with going crazy, dealing with Maxie, Johnny, murdering Logan, dealing with her mother's comeback, dealing with her crazy brother Nicholas and stupid sexy brother Lucky. And let's not forget her daddy issues with Luke. Great stories for her and she deserved to win!
@lovesewnet the daytime emmys took place about 2 months after the character of dante was introduced...which was probably about 3 months after he started working on the soap
Julie,Kirsten and Rachel was amazing all of them! But have to say that Julie is the better of the three of them if I have to choose=) Look how shoocked Julie was=)
I remember watching this and thinking OMG KIRSTEN was ROBBED..The Reality is that JMB's reel was better but Kirstens overall material was much better ...she just chose the wrong tapes...

I wish KS and JMB could win because they both had AMAZING stuff in 2008 but Julie's acting during Lulu's mental issues was MIND BLOWING.

Um this was this years emmy's so it should say 2009 not 2008. I think maxie should have one but glad at least someone from GH won
