Your episode cooking catfish is fantastic . Brings back memories of my many travels to Indonesia for holidays. One of my favorite foods was very simple. Pan fried catfish with slices of cucumber, tomato, and cabbage served with white rice and spicey chili paste called sambal. I would eat this every day if I could. I have found the more simple and fresh the ingredients the more delicious and nutricious the food.
