The requirement of life certificate itself should have been avoided and only death certificate should be made mandatory to stop the payment of pension.
2. Though court tried to rectify the badness or error in the the law but it would have been solution to such harm born practice to make the death certificate mandatory to stop pension.
It is not only this law application
Law is not friendly to the its country people other law as well.
Court verdict may not be 😮useful becoz PDAs have changed to😢 like sparsh and now bank do not need to😮 accept life certificate😂as pensioner migrated to pcda.
