The best videos are the bloopers....ohhh you were so annoyed by it but in the end it was funny and..... this air tractor is such a pleasure. The lights behind the propeller look so sexi, the behavior of the plane so graceful on the roll....just like a real plane! Simply amazing flyer and respect to you guys: Filming and flying at minus 10...... Last time I flew at minus 4 and it’s so difficult in the end as the fingers get colder and colder. Respect!

I have been flying RC since 1987 and fly scale civilian and Military airplanes and helicopters. I currently own 2 scale Beechcraft Bonanza's with 2 meter WS. Thank goodness I own my own house because If I lived with my boyfriend I couldn't dedicate all my spare bedrooms to RC airplanes! Wowee! What a beautiful flyer! That was AMAZING...😁 At -10c the battery is just fine...Cold for the body, not so much for the battery. Then again, we’re just coming out of a week of -40 (-50-60 windchills) so anything is warm to us!!! Anyhow, thanks for the video! It was beautiful....

If you like the Air Tractor I believe you guys would like the Maule M-7 from eflite as well. I have this plane and I love it! Very nice, and good stuff for flying in all conditions! I flown in freezing fog with a little PZ FW190 and it had 0.5mm of ice on the leading edges and around the canopy. Good fun though, but sore fingers!

I put small washers (for 3mm screw - under 1mm thick) on lower motor mount points - between plastic and metal motor mount - to lift a thrust angle a little - IMO it helps - try it .. (And yes. it needed flap to ele mix - but only for full ..) On that sunny day it was only -2 (and for the moment without a wind) so couldn't resist .. (idiot - forgotten (was lazy and hurry, hurry) to mount brand new orig E Flite skis - also ditched nose a bit on landing - nothing hurt except my pride - was solo - so no film anyway ..)

Believe it or not Texas has about the same weather as I'm seeing in this video... negative 8 deg C at the moment, sleet, freezing rain! I have an Air Tractor... well actually I have two, a few weeks back the left flap went full down right after take off and it rolled over and straight into the ground. The servo for that flap apparently failed, it would work briefly and suddenly go to the full down position on it's own. Anyway I picked up a new one and also the parts to fix the old one, it's a great flying plane! Now I've got two:-) Enjoy and stay warm!
Cold day for a flight . This plane has some great features on it . I like wing assebmly . This looks like a very good intermediate plane . I didn't like how it looked when I first saw it, but I do now .
It seems a bit prone to tip over forward on the ground, as it also almost did during take off, but in the air, it looks amazing. Brings back memories of my youth, when we used to see these planes often during summer, for crop-dusting purposes. Respect for flying in these harsh conditions.

flying RC planes at -10 RESPECT!! doing stunts at -10 more RESPECT!! great flying Captain Robert. Kudos to E-Flite for such a nice and detailed model. i want one!! flying 5 minutes at 30 percent battery use , u can easily double that and remain at 40 percent left. have a hot chocolate with rum 🥂

A beautiful model and a great flight. My ASW-17 burned down yesterday. It's so easy to see that the tracktor survived, that's great. Salute and greetings from Germany.
Advice, you guys worry about battery efficiency a little too much. You can discharge good quality lipo down to 3.5v safely. bare Minimum would be 3 volts per cell to 3.2 volts. Set your flight time according to discharging it down to 3.5 per cell. As soon as it gets that low and you land and disconnect battery, they usually shoot back up in voltage if it handles load at voltage well... You guys are cutting yourself short in flight times. Good quality batteries will last a good while. I had lipos in a box for years from moving and the good ones work good still. The bad apples died.. Just some ideas. Thanks for the videos!
Hey the plane and especially the lights looks amazing. Did you get all the crops dusted today?.. With a new paint job then you would be flying Dusty Crophopper. Oh yea. Low and slow. I love that plane. I gotta get one. When I get a transmitter when I progress from RTF planes. I can sympathize with you guys with the weather. We are close to 10f with snow which is unusual here. I've been waiting for a low wing aircraft with large tundra style wheels for my less than ideal grassy runway and this plane may just check all the boxes.

Another great video! I almost bought this plane last year. To be honest the only reason I did not is because of the yellow. It flies really nice however. Now I have my eyes on the Arrows husky 1800. It is just a better looking plane IMO. Would love to see you guys have a go with it!!!!

I did a maiden on my Arrow BigFoot today in Grand Rapids, Mich. 14°F. I ran four packs through it. Cold...but worth it!

Pretty interesting about cold weather in Texas. And Iam really happy that your bird survived. Somethimes servos can die even on new planes.

Advice, you guys worry about battery efficiency a little too much. You can discharge good quality lipo down to 3.5v safely. bare Minimum would be 3 volts per cell to 3.2 volts. Set your flight time according to discharging it down to 3.5 per cell. As soon as it gets that low and you land and disconnect battery, they usually shoot back up in voltage if it handles load at voltage well...
You guys are cutting yourself short in flight times. Good quality batteries will last a good while. I had lipos in a box for years from moving and the good ones work good still. The bad apples died..

Hey the plane and especially the lights looks amazing. Did you get all the crops dusted today?.. With a new paint job then you would be flying Dusty Crophopper. Oh yea. Low and slow. I love that plane. I gotta get one. When I get a transmitter when I progress from RTF planes. I can sympathize with you guys with the weather. We are close to 10f with snow which is unusual here. Another great video! I almost bought this plane last year. To be honest the only reason I did not is because of the yellow. It flies really nice however.
Now I have my eyes on the Arrows husky 1800. It is just a better looking plane IMO. Would love to see you guys have a go with it!!!!
