@@Themetaldetectingguy Oh, that's great to know. I wasn't sure where it was OK to detect. It seems that there are more rules on NY beaches than there are in other states. I've been dirt detecting many years, and went to Myrtle Beach a month ago, and really liked the sand!

Hi, here in Rochester you can go to Charlotte Beach or Durand Beach, as long as your in the sand your cool

Me too, we went to visit our daughter in Ft Lauderdale and cleaned up
State park beaches are a different story
