this chart is a bit old, but I wanna say I absolutely LOVE the VHS style on this (or whatver it actually is), it works SO well with the sprites and background. It makes it look so old fashioned yet really cool, I just wanna say I love the sprite choice! Also nice chart! Edit: to clarify, i do know you didn’t make the sprites or bg or anything, im just saying the sprites and bg and effects you did use go really well together, plus the chart is really nice! Seems fun!
Other than the music, my favorite thing about this is Sonic.exe's design. Having Tails' tails as a bandana/scarf is an amazing idea and genuinely looks good on him lol
