    Amazing but does this not compromise the cooling of the disc? Given the thickness is reduced, is the disc more prone to heating up and introducing fade under repeat stops?

    • @EBCBrakesUK
      @EBCBrakesUK  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, it only takes a very small layer off the disc. You would never cut down to anywhere near the minimum thickness, meaning there is no compromise to the cooling for the disc :)

      Also brake fade only occurs with drum brakes unless there is air in the back pipes

    • @EBCBrakesUK
      @EBCBrakesUK  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@EBCBrakesUK Is that any additional tools for that ? because what i know is hybrid system can cause fire if wheel is turn. Because wheel rotation will charge the hybrid battery.

      What happens to the drive shafts when you skim the front rotor? Especially on a 4 wheel drive set up, do u need to disconnect the front shaft from the transfer case?

    Do you have anyone in the Dorset area? as my car developed brake shake only after 500 miles or so since the installation of EBC GD Sport Brake disc and yellow pads as well as new callipers. Thanks
