      Excellent video content! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried - Riddleagan Surviving Death Remedy (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for reducing your cholesterol level without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey got astronomical results with it.

    I have followed this diet for a month, my total cholesterol level from 255 to 147, LDL from 162 to 88, HDL from 39 to 46, Triglycerides from 299 to 152. I am really very happy and this is possible only because of Guruman bro. Thank you so much bro😊

    Hello Sir, I followed your plan mentioned on all 3 videoes... I was having high cholesterol... more on triglyceride levels.... seriously I saw many other videos of other dietician but never had got all the info.... your videos really help me and I took my previous levels and done blodd test after 2 months it drastically lower to range ..
