    I always watch all your videos. I liked all of them but never felt like commenting. But for this video I couldn't resist myself. I am really impressed by the message that you sent across during the end. When we were kids our parents took care of us. Now its time to take care of our parents.

      Excellent video content! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried - Riddleagan Surviving Death Remedy (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for reducing your cholesterol level without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey got astronomical results with it.

    I have followed this diet for a month, my total cholesterol level from 255 to 147, LDL from 162 to 88, HDL from 39 to 46, Triglycerides from 299 to 152. I am really very happy and this is possible only because of Guruman bro. Thank you so much bro😊

    Hello Sir, I followed your plan mentioned on all 3 videoes... I was having high cholesterol... more on triglyceride levels.... seriously I saw many other videos of other dietician but never had got all the info.... your videos really help me and I took my previous levels and done blodd test after 2 months it drastically lower to range .. Thank to you....

    Hi sir, I was doing ketogenic diet for 2 months. I lost 10 kgs Alhumdulilah. But I got my blood test and my ldl is 211. Hdl 39. Total cholesterol 263. Triglycerides 65. I am going to follow your plan for next month and get lab results. Thank you.

    Thank you for diet plan...I follow this diet for one month only.. my calstrol level go down from 400 to 250. Also fatty liver grade 1 is normal now.i hope coming month calstrol will be normal.
