1.如果是蟹柳的话可能是炸不够干
2.要放在密封的盒子,不然在湿气比较重的地方不耐放,会变软"漏风''
3.你可以用Air fryer再弄热就会脆了
@@mavisluk7487 你可以放进冰箱第二天再炸,干一点的蟹柳容易炸的干也比较好炸,但是有点费时。我是直接拿去炸,其实火候掌握很重要。

我用的是英国Morrison supermarket的crab stick。。。 在放入油锅炸的时候油不要过热,火也不要太大,不然crab stick一下锅很快就会黏在一起。。如果你要避免粘,在炸的时可以候放少一些crab stick,中小火慢慢炸😊
