But if you have a fabric that fraise easily, how do you do it then so it doesnt fray and destroy the garment after a while?

You can use smaller clips in fabric that frays easily. If the fabric frays easily, it will also tend to spread more easily over curves.

This is lovely! How do you finish the really closely trimmed seams though?

You can finish them the same way as the other seams. Usually there is enough seam allowance left to serge them. Or pink them.
