    This is truly amazing, I look forward to watching your earlier videos to see how you did everything. This year for Halloween I’m doing a scary underwater theme. We get over 600 trick or treaters every year and I wanted to do something different this year. Thanks

    This is amazing can you explain how you made the big open clam with the pearl inside

      I used a pizza box as the body and shaped it. I think I then used foil to make the ridges before adding the papier-mâché

    How did you make the rock reef itself? I made one out of boxes and packing paper to make it look like rock bit not as fancy as yours. Did you use expanding foam?

      I have a few other videos that shows how I made them. I taped boxes together then used expanding foam. :)

      I saw your other videos. Omg you are so talented and smart! You gave me some really good ideas for my new rock creation that I would never think of. Thank you for sharing. I just wanted to ask how you ended up sticking the corals into the rocks? Can you hot glue them or with a wire?

      Thank you! I either used gorilla tape or hot glue depending on the item. The spray foam locks it in! If I install it after the spray foam I used just the hot glue gun.

    This is awesome! How did you make the burgundy coral beside what looks like your straws (it is burgundy too lol). But the one I want to know more about looks more like tubes or something. And can you explain a little more with the sea urchins. So did you just have to prime it with what you mentioned and the spray painted it? Thanks

      Those were pipe insulation from the hardware store that I kissed with a heat gun I believe. I wish I had primed those as well as the pool noodle ones because they don’t like to accept spray paint either.
      The sea urchins: yes prime all the balls first. You can add the tooth picks while that special paint drys. Don’t add toothpicks all the way around. Leave the base blank to have a gluing point. Once the urchin looks and sits the way you want it to, spray paint it.

      @@twilight6010 Thank you so much! What was the name of what you primed them with? And you primed your pool noodles first? Is there a spray paint primer?

    How did you make the clam shell & pearl that is beside the coral reef?

    • @twilight6010
      @twilight6010  ปีที่แล้ว

      I started with a pizza box, cut to a ruff clam shape, added some ridges and overall shape with aluminum foil (don’t remember if I used any paper-towel rolls for larger ridges or not), and then paper machete over all the outer shell parts. Inside the clam I hot glued shiny pink fabric. The pear was a foam ball that I wrapped but I don’t recall with what.

    What materials you used for the whale?

    • @twilight6010
      @twilight6010  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I used 2x4 on the ground with holes drilled into it for the PVC pipe to fit into it. I used scrap 2x4 pieces to shore up main 2x4 so the tension of the PVC pipe would not pop out. I used painter drop cloth canvass for the whales belly. Prime the canvass first as it soaks up paint, before painting the belly red color. Used plywood to make the face opening. Big googly eyes were at Joann’s craft store
