Amazing performance!. Faster than most but very very expressive. The phrasing is so well delivered using various colors of sound and variations of tempo only where needed. In addition it is so clean, something that is not easy to do with the guitar.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSS....YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS...YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.......A REAL KING......!...I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO COMMENT...IT WAS VERY VERY SUPER.......FULL OF EMOTIONS AND TECHNICS.... YOU WILL HAVE YOUR BRILLIANT HISTORY IN CLASSICAL GUITAR.......!
Maybe there are a very few other guitarists who can play this piece like this, but I cannot believe the composer would have, could have, dreamed that anyone could have. Neither Segovia, nor Bream, nor Williams. Maybe Parkening. It speaks to a new generation of guitarists who have collectively raised the bar to levels that just half-a-lifetime ago, would have been inconceivable - and both delighted us and plunged some of us wannabes into despair!
@@stascaks3654 I'm so sick of people like you. Bream was great, and his interpretation of this piece is very tasteful, but today's guitarists have much better techniques and much cleaner execution. It is one thing to admire and respect old artists, it's another thing to worship them and blindly dismiss young artists. I bet you can't even properly play a scale
@@Rodrigo-me6nq all that about me from a simple question 🙂 I never said that i dont like this interpretation, i just think, that technique and especially speed is a bit overrated nowadays. But yeah, my comment was not on point, since he didnt say anything bad about Bream's performance of that piece in general, which i misinterpreted at that time. And by the way, i would gladly take that bet 🙂
creo que debemos a darnos el tiempo a escuchar estos nuevos virtuosos e instrumentos sin ideas preconcebidas de como deben sonar, ejecutar o interpretar.
I really like that U R playing that traditional guitar. No raised fretboard or any modern bull just a great sounding guitar. the top is really live. thats my favorite sound not as boxy as these ever so popular lattic braced options.
Thank you! Really nice! Also good interpretations of Rondo Brillante by Stefan Volpp, Drew Henderson, Sabrina Vlaskalic and others. Very interesting to compare.
Emanuele playing is great so is the music but I don't like the sound, it is so artificial.... I mean: it sounds compressed, equalized... The tiniest details are lost. There is no equilibrium among the frequencies. I just want to give you a feedback as listener. Thank you for your attention.
Hi Francesco. As one of the producers of this video i thought you may be interested to know that there is no compression, EQ, or any alteration to the sound at all in Emanuele's videos. Just two mics in a good hall. Thank you for watching.
Drew Henderson I Think that guy just doesnt like the sound of that guitar...I personally thought the bass notes were lost but the trebles are awesome. I'm just not feeling the bass.
To me, a really good tone... plus you barely hear any imperfection, and quite dynamic and lively... the bass line is understandable, It takes quite a dedicated long practice and musician-skill to get close to this... then if you like it or not.. a matter of taste I suppose.
I would like to hear a little more skin with that thumb. I think this rediculously long thumbnail is holding back any volume of your bass notes. otherwise U R amazingly precise. almost too perfect for me...I like a little fluctuation in the tempo but I understand the want to play perfectly. Very fortunate that someone has taken a liking to help further your career. If U can compose as well U will be a double threat.😉
Per si tratta di una esecuzione perfetta, da gran maestro della chitarra. Bravo!
We should say, Very fine, Expressive, beautiful guitar playing. This is music

Who is the luthier?

For me, the best classical guitar player...Maybe so perfect that sounds artificial. :o)
Oh yeah...about the thumbnail comment..If U like it and it works for U then that's great. Take it with a grain of salt
Ascoltate la magistrale interpretazione di Julian Bream .Qui é bello ma freddo
