A good trick for taking kernels off corn is to invert a bowl into a larger bowl - gives you the clearance for your knife, and the large bowl catches the kernels.
Molly! I made this a while back & loved the taste but my buttermilk didn't emulsify with the butter & stayed broken so it wasn't the most appealing looking dish.. any tips pls? rlly wanna try again
