Yes with this inside the tire, you can run lower pressure and still have rim protection. You're less likely to damage your metal or carbon rims on rocks or roots.
@Moto-89-KTM for the most part yes. Some people still run tubes or some people run foam inserts that act like tubes. Most people run tubeless for a better grip in the woods.
