At least it isn't that bad, considering the new 4 star characters/light come comes into standard banner after the version they debuted. Plus he will have more than enough free pulls through stardust, and the estimated rates of getting a 5 star in standard per 70-90 pulls.
The current hurdle is raising all of the new characters for standards tickets and team building, though he might have more than enough resources due to raising so few characters.

All new gacha Lightcones are added to the standard pool a patch after their release so you can even get the one with Misha, the BS and Acheron nihility one, the one you mentioned, the adult Sunday Erudition one through pulls and the upcoming Harmony March LC once 2.5 releases.
