Gold is asset of the economic, and political meltdown, so unless you think a melt down is either coming or a belief in a melt will drive others to gold then avoid gold. Here is the problem: Gold produces no good or service, gold is vital to no good or service

There is absolutely zero value in gold in a meltdown. Offer someone gold for their milk at that time and see what happens.

The question asked in the video does not match the title of this video. The only thing you need to know is what Buffet says early in his response, essentially “the price of gold has nothing to do with the valuation of a company or other investments.” That’s been true since the 1970s, and the question is based on facts that pre-date that. Stupid question, because it is based on a false premise.

    AMAZON:
Yep, I bought a ton on the dip.
Amazon invested $14 billion in the last quarter alone, the same as it spent in 6 months before that. It is a do not sell stock.
...With the Delta virus coming at full speed ahead, pandemic sales will make a comeback.
Amazon is investing so much money, that no competitor will ever be able to catch up.
Amazon's not going anywhere so I know that eventually it will come back.
Fidelity considers Amazon as a large growth company (probably because as big as it is, it still only has 7% of the retail market)
Get on board or be runover, it's up to you.

Amazon actually has over 50% market share in e-commerce retail volume. I don't know that you can justify future growth with the TAM of all of retail (practically everything that is sold).
