Superglide is performed by hitting certain keys in frame succession. Like this frame you need to press this key and other frame you need to press different key. And they need to be in subsequent frames. So naturally with higher framerate your time window to correctly press keys is reduced.

Holly molly your pc is old old i was in middle school when fortnite came out 7th grade i belive soo what 2016 or 2017 soo yeah your definitely gonna an upgrade at some point but im with you tho why buy something when it still work for exm my controller is broken right now my left stick would stop me from sprinting throught out the match and my right stick would randomly go up to the upper left corner surprisingly it doesnt affect other game as much as it effect apex thats the only reason i havent bought a new controller 😅

You should try a game or few with the fps locked to 139, the experience is smooth and the glides are godly.
