- CJI DY Chandrachud On Justice Abhijit Gangopadhya Statement : सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) के चीफ जस्टिस (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने कुछ दिन पहले ही कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट (Calcutta High Court) के जस्टिस अभिजीत गंगोपाध्यान (Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay) के टीवी पर एक इंटरव्यू (Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay TV Interview), को लेकर कड़ी टिप्पणी की थी। उस टीवी इंटरव्यू में उनसे कोर्ट में लंबित एक मामले पर सवाल पूछा गया। जिसमें उन्होंने कुछ ऐसी बातें कह दीं, जो कई लोगों को इस कदर नागवार गुज़री, कि इसकी शिकायत देश के चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) से कर दी गई। उन्होंने टीवी इंटव्यू में जिस केस को लेकर टिप्पणी की थी, वो मामला अभी कोर्ट में चल रहा है। इस पर चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) ने भड़कते हुए, कह दिया कि जजों का काम इंटरव्यू देना नहीं है। और वो भी ऐसे वक्त जब अदालत में केस पेंडिंग पड़े हों। फिर उन्हें उस केस की सुनवाई से ही हटा दिया गया था। इस बात से शायद कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट के जस्टिस अभिजीत गंगोपाध्याय खफा थे, ऐसे में उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ही सेक्रेटरी जनरल (Secretary General of the Supreme Court) से जवाब तलब कर लिया था। जिसमें उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सेक्रेटरी जनरल को एक डेड लाइन देते हुए अपने उस इंटरव्यू के ट्रांसक्रिप्शन की कॉपी मांगी थी, जिसे पिछले दिनों चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice Chandrachud) के बेंच के सामने पेश किया गया था।

But it is not right. The success of fight against corruption depends on observing all formalities and efficiencies under the jurisdiction of the society, administration and the Court. Here the Honourable Judge, Mr. Ganguly was not fully conscious about his own jurisdiction that's why he could not stand himself against Supreme Court.

I think the honourable Supreme Court should work on a speedy trial and Justice Abhijit Ganguly already performed really well in this regard. He can take a seminar or classes on this matter.

Justice Abhijit Gangopadhay is a real hero of our bengal.He is one man army. He fought against the corruption. We will stand with him. The people of bengal will stand with him. If supreme court will not support him then it is very clear that they are biased and corrupted.

How can we forget that only sometime Bach these worthy judges of Apex Court had arranged a press conference against the then CJI. The present CJI and some of the cotrie judges have crossed all limits to stand with the most corrupt people, terrorits, illegal bangladeshi, Rohangiyas, jihadi Muslims and against Modi, Hindus and sanatan culture. Their many decisions against HC judges and especially Justice Gangopadhay is a clear case of saving corrupt politicians in Bengal. The present functioning of the apex court is highly questionable! They have made the High Courts and lower judiciary meaningless.
People of Bengal will not stand with Hon'ble Justice Gangopadhyay because now the bengalis are spineless and become slave of TMC.

Justice Bandopadhyay was well within his right when he demanded to see the evidence against him brought by an advocate before CJI. If going to press is an offence, many judges of Supreme Court are also guilty of the same. It will be better if all judges of High Court and Supreme Court devote their full time to dispose off pending cases and avoid press, seminars or meetings. Code of Conduct for the judges should be framed.

3) how do Dearness Allowance of West Bengal case is Pending and reschedule date after date but no hearing till now . Already 7 month passed, no result .
but case of TMC related fraud of service exam scandal (SSC, 70 Municipalities, Madrasha exam), coal and cattle Smuggling accused person got immune from arrest of ED. CBI in just 1 (one) or 2( two) Day...!!!😮

Justice Ganguly is like a God for all the justice seeking people of Bengal. He gave some of the unprecedented judgements under which all the scammers are now getting caught. He is a truthful person and we, the people of Bengal respect him a lot. The judgment that the CJI D Y Chandrachud gave is extremely demoralising and we are are somewhat disappointed.
And how about DY " Gender Fluid" giving TV interview in India Today Conclave a month ago and his biased comments on Same Sex marriage while the matter running in his court?

It is good that our Honorable CJI takes note of a HCJ conduct and upbraids him because it was unseemly. May we bring under his kind notice that a SLP brought by govt of west Bengal regarding ruling of Kolkata highcourt concrning Dearness Allowance ,has been postponed no less than 8 times without being heard in Supreme Court in last 6 months. This is a matter of utmost concern to lakhs of govt of west Bengal employees and poor pensioners. Would he be kind enough to look into the matter.

i appreciated justice ..... decision अगर सचमुच justice ने जज पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है तो,, उन्हें एक ऐसी पार्टी का चयन करना चाहिए l
1) जिस सरकार में कोई भाई भतीजाबाद ( Nepotism ) ना हो l
2)जो कोई भ्रष्टाचार घोटाले मुक्त हो l
3)जिसने मुगलों का समर्थन नहीं किया हो पूर्णत: सनातन धर्म अर्थात सत्य को ही स्वीकार किया हो l
4)इसमें कोई विवादों और घोटालों से अलग हट के काम किया हो ,,
5) जिनकी सरकार ने अपने Vote Bank को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अपनी सरकार को स्थाई रखने के लिए ,अभी तक वर्तमान में हमारी generation को education syllabus में झूठा इतिहास उसे सरकार के द्वारा परोसा गया हो जिसमें आज की generation सच ही ना जान सके l
ताकि सिर्फ और सिर्फ उस सरकार का ही फायदा हो l
6) जिनकी सरकार ने इतिहास पुरातात्विक के अस्थि पंजर को गायब ही करवा दिया गया l
7) जिस सरकार द्वारा झूठी शिक्षा प्रणाली आज तक पढ़ाई गई हो अर्थात जिनके द्वारl यथार्थ इतिहास को गायब ही कर दिया गया हो l
8)जिस सरकार के बाप दादा ने देश कl
अरबो- खरबो रुपया देश का खाया हो और देश-विदेश में इनके बैंक में उनके bank account खुले हुए है ,,
9) जो दो बोली बातें कर कर जनता को वोट के समय बड़े-बड़े वादे करने के बाद से पलट जाती है,, वैसी सरकार में मत आए
10) जिसमें हर बात पर निष्पक्ष फैसले लिए जाते हैं l
11) जिस सरकार ने सिर्फ और सिर्फ अपने फायदे के लिए हिंदू मुसलमान में झगड़ा दन्गे करवाएं मुसलमान - हिंदुओं में भी भर भर के फुट दलवाई हो l
ऊपर लिखे point पर विचार करते हुए आपसे विनती है कृपया आप ऐसी पार्टी की सरकार को कदापि join मत कीजिए l क्योंकि आपका एक गलत कदम उठाने जाने से आपकी गलत निर्णय द्वारा जल्दबाजी में पार्टी join कर लेने से आपकी छवि ( image) पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ सकता है l आप जिस आप occupation पर थे तो वह justice का पद था l
अब वही न्याय के पद में आप न्याय को जारी रखने के लिए निष्पक्ष,,न्यायिक सरकार को ही चयनित कीजिए l
