Bought this system 3 weeks ago. Impressed with the packaging and quick delivery. That's about it. Nothing but trouble trying to get all speakers connected to hub. Over 20 emails to support. They were very quick to respond. Got a different solution with each person I talked to. Mainly they say it's interference with DFS on my router. I have Spectrum in the DFW area in Texas. Spectrum has their routers pretty much locked where you can make few adjustments. Called their support and they said they couldn't turn DFS off either. Enclave sent me a new hub in case that was the issue. Worked OK for 1 day then back to connection issues. So I bought a Linksys router from Amazon. Followed all Enclaves' instructions on rebooting their hub. Router is sold with DFS turned off so I hoped that would fix everything. It's better but I still have to turn the system off and on several times using the phone app before all speakers are on. It does sound good when it's all working but I don't really hear anything super special. It's loud. It does now come with a remote. Didn't used to and they got complaints about that. But you have to use the phone app to make any adjustments and see what format it's in and if you're missing a speaker. Very limited on audio formats. Says you can get DTS. I found out that's only if you have a newer tv that puts DTS thru eARC. My LG OLED65E7P supports DTS but doesn't pass it thru eARC. So NO DTS for me. Very few tvs do this. Google it to find out which do.
I had high hopes for this system but have been disappointed in there's no adjustments for bass or treble. Voices sometimes sound a bit muffled.
Support has been excellent but have been unable to make it all work the way I think a $1500. system should. I would say it's worth the price if it was $500. less. Think it's way overpriced at $1500.00!!

My husband hates going to theaters because it is so expensive, we have two huge TVs in our house and we just do not need to go out and pay for the theater experience when so many movies come to the apps we already pay for so quickly. I recently told my husband I wanted a surround sound system for the living room where our largest tv is so I can enjoy my favorite movies and shows even better and be that much closer to the real theater experience. This is the first video I'm watching in my research, so I'll definitely be saving this to a playlist while I do my research

I'm down to choosing a Bose 700 with Sub and Speakers or this Enclave Pro. Hmmm, wish also we had more videos on the Enclave out in the wild. The one benefit now of the Bose 700, is you can hook up the Bose 700 headphones and watch loud stuff at night. Such a crucial benefit for Bose that's making me lean towards it.

Man..Enclave REALLY needs to get more units out into tech bloggers hands...been waiting for EVER to see any actual content on the enclave speakers. Their marketing has been sadly almost none existent, and product descriptions very poor. The tech is super exciting, but practically no tangible use case info. Thanks for doing a solid job on going over this unit!

    "Good size speakers"
I have to disagree here. 3" wide speakers means tiny drivers. I prefer bigger drivers for a fuller, more balanced sound personally. But I realize that the speakers I consider good would cost a factor more then these.
Also, having THX (or Dolby) certification hardly guarantees good sound. My speakers are not certified, but sound significantly better then your average surround system. They make my couch vibrate without a separate sub woofer.

    Hi,
    maybe you can help me.
I'm looking for a second mobile phone that I only want to use for media use. (YT, Twitter etc.) The cell phone should be as cheap as possible. It doesn't even have to have an FHD display, HD is enough for me. I don't need much memory either, 16-32 GB is enough. Screen size doesn't really matter. The only requirement is that it can play a 720p video on TH-cam and that it doesn't break in 2 weeks. If possible, the cell phone should be around 100 euros. (rather cheaper) I would be very happy about help because I am not really familiar with smartphones.

Thanks for the review, but unfortunately these are NOT "wireless" speakers. I know, this is not your fault... all the companies call their similar home theater sets like that, but this is very very misleading.
A "wireless" system should be 100% free of any wires. What a shame that there are only a few (JBL Bar 5.1 & 9.1 only?) home theater systems with battery powered satellite speakers...
If you know some more of those types, please let me know!

Yea...and in most people's rooms they are not going to have plug points exactly where they want to place the speakers. So you will need an extension cord from a wall to where the speakers are placed.
They need to make the rear speakers rechargeable like the JBL Bar 9.1
