Larger timeframes are better to trade less noise.

All of them. Figure out where the stock is going on a 4h chart. Check the 1D chart and see how it's done over the last few years. Check the 1W chart and see how it's done over a decade. Check the 5m chart to see recent price action. Use a 10m or 15m chart to see how price action looks over the last few hours or the day in total. Check the 30m and 1h chart for the same things.
You need to understand all of it. If you don't, you'll lose your trades and feel discouraged. Still, expect to blow up your account early. That's how you learn. Call it your "tuition" and don't let it discourage you--just make sure you learn from your mistakes.

The video title is absolutely correct, these nuances about "candle" action at major and minor support and resistance is amazing. I've been a reader of candle stick action for many years, have read many trading books and have watched many, many TH-cam Videos. This is the first time I've been made aware.
