Would be true skill issue if you loose even with constantly putting your nation on best military power (cheating).
Try instead:
- Random military power, so don't touch that military experience button.
- Turn off AI for germany (not sure if it was done here)
- Military experience shouldn't be static (should be progressive or random)
- Check your military experience and the military experience of the country you want to invade aswell as money
how is putting your military rank in the best cheating? That's literally how the game works, you boost it to make ur army stronger, what's cheating is boosting your gold

@@user-ti5mf7cu3p there is map editor inside AOC you can create countries that way, or alternative using photoshop or paint, photoshop is better options since u can have opacity and replicate the real world borders
