I usually dodge the first move he throws (the slash barrage followed by the ranged attack) then parry his second attack (the weird lower-focused slashes) and combo him. Rinse and repeat and he’ll be dead.
This method is actually really good if you know how to time the dashes it does work i was in doubt because I wasn’t timing it right but when i found the sweet spot it worked 10/10
